The luxury skyscrape, 435 meters high, is 24 times taller than it is wide and its narrowness makes the padel court it harbors one of a kind. “We were aware that this project was a challenge from the beginning, but we never had to figure out before how to divide all the pieces and then build the court as if it was a game of Tetris”. Our engineer had to adapt the court layouts according to the space that was not only available in the area reserved for it but rather the one we had to reach the 5th floor, narrow corridors, art deco corners and impressive chandeliers.
