Padelgest installs a padel court in the thinnest skyscraper in the world

Now it is real. Our company has been chosen to build and outstanding padel court in the emblematic and luxurious Steinway Tower in New York, the thinnest skyscraper in the world. After almost 7 years with a cost of 800 million dolars, the tower has been crowned.  its luxury apartments, latest facilities. Its design that evokes the grandeur of New York’s golden age and the excellent quality of every detail have become a real attraction for investors and millionaires.

The luxury skyscrape, 435 meters high, is 24 times taller than it is wide and its narrowness makes the padel court it harbors one of a kind. “We were aware that this project was a challenge from the beginning, but we never had to figure out before how to divide all the pieces and then build the court as if it was a game of Tetris”. Our engineer had to adapt the court layouts according to the space that was not only available in the area reserved for it but rather the one we had to reach the 5th floor, narrow corridors, art deco corners and impressive chandeliers. An exclusive padel  court in a glamorous and unparalleled setting, an oasis for this sport overlooking the breathtaking city.

These types of super-slim skyscrapers, also known as pencil towers, are iconic elements of the New York skyline. It is a privilege for us to have taken part on this majestic project which will go straight to the Guinness Records history and that will delight new residents able to afford an apartment in one of the most luxurious and expensive buildings in the Big Apple.
